Day 4 of how I use Claude to run my real estate business

What this used to cost me

Retyping the same client and property details into blank after blank, across multiple pages and forms.

What the system does

1. Pulls the data from the MLS and from my client's contact card in my CRM.
2. Fills it into every blank on the contract, so nothing gets retyped in multiple places.
3. Uses the template I've told it to use, so it's the right paperwork for raw land, a strata property or a single-family home.
4. If anything is missing, it asks me, like a human assistant would.
5. Once I approve the draft, it uploads to my e-signature program with the signature and initial blocks dropped in the right spots on every page.

Where it gets it wrong

You still have to read it and make sure it's correct. It does get the standard clauses right, but I have caught it randomly creating its own forms.

So I go through every single page before it gets sent. Checking only takes me a few minutes.
