FAQ
Questions agents ask before applying.
Straight answers about the programs, Ozzie AI and how we work.
Who is Elevation for?
Producing real estate agents who want more deals from the hours they already work, through live coaching calls, written systems and Ozzie AI.
What's the difference between Elevation Pro and 1:1 coaching?
Elevation Pro is the program: ten modules, a live Build Call every week with replays, support and the full playbook library. It opens in November. 1:1 coaching is Skyleigh one-on-one on your own numbers, with a three-month minimum or six months.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes. The Elevation Real Estate HQ community on Skool is free. It has the playbooks, the Foundation lessons (Claude setup, time blocking and a 60-day plan) and the free Build Calls, Tuesdays at 9:30 am Pacific, where we build automations together.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is covered on the strategy call, once we know where your business is and which program fits.
Do I need Ozzie AI to join coaching?
No. Ozzie AI can be added to either program or installed on its own.
Does Ozzie AI send messages without me?
No. Ozzie drafts follow-up, documents and listing material, and waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, signed or published until you approve it.
Which CRMs does Ozzie AI work with?
Ozzie is in testing with agents now. CRM support is confirmed for your setup before you start, so ask on your strategy call or in the free community.
How long will the Ozzie AI install take?
Ozzie is close to launch: approved by Apple and in testing with agents now. When it opens, the install takes about thirty days, done with you: connect your tools in week one, train your voice in week two, turn on the skills in week three and hand it the keys in week four.
Is my data uploaded when I use the lead audit?
No. The dead lead audit reads your CRM export inside your browser. The file never leaves your computer.
Does Elevation work outside BC?
The systems are built for any market. A few playbooks, such as the first-time buyer roadmap, are written for BC and are marked that way.
