Who we are

Elevation Real Estate HQ is operated by Skyleigh McCallum Personal Real Estate Corporation in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

• What you send us. When you apply, book a call or contact us: your name, email, mobile number, market, brokerage, CRM, recent deal volume, your goals and anything you write to us.
• Text message consent. Whether you opted in to texts, which kind, when, and from which form, so we can prove consent and honour opt-outs.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

The free dead lead audit does not collect anything. Your CRM file is read inside your browser and is never sent to us.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about the program you asked about.
• To schedule and remind you about strategy calls.
• To deliver coaching, the member community and Ozzie AI if you become a client.
• To send marketing emails or texts, only where you have given consent, and always with a way to opt out.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Our SMS Terms explain what you'll receive, how often, and how to stop.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Elevation, such as website hosting, our CRM and messaging platform, scheduling, email delivery and the member community platform. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Ozzie AI clients

When Ozzie AI is installed for you, it works with data in your own CRM, email and tools so it can draft follow-up, documents and listing material for your approval. That data is used only to provide the service to you, under your client agreement.

Where it's stored

Some of our service providers store data in the United States or other countries. Information stored outside Canada is subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and run any program you join, then for as long as the law requires. Consent and opt-out records are kept so we can keep honouring your choices.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive financial or identity information through this website.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us using the details above. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website and our programs are for licensed real estate professionals and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Material changes to how we use text messaging data will not apply to you without your consent.
