Claude for real estate agents
Claude for real estate agents, from an agent who runs on it.
I run a multiple six-figure real estate business with AI, and Claude does the heavy lifting. These are the Claude systems I use every week, with the prompt for each one so you can try it today, and where each one still gets it wrong.
- AI CMA for Real Estate AgentsMy CMA now takes one sentence, not Saturday.Pricing
- AI Lead Follow-Up for Real Estate AgentsAI reads 1,800 leads. I text 11.Lead follow-up
- AI Listing Marketing for Real Estate AgentsThree days of listing marketing, now five minutes.Listing marketing
- AI for Real Estate Contracts and OffersI typed zero words of this house offer.Contracts and offers
The honest part
Where Claude still gets it wrong.
Claude does the heavy lifting. I still check every piece before it goes to a client.
- PricingIt doesn't know why specific areas sell for more, or that the house down the street sold to a family friend for an amazing price. So I still walk through the house and make adjustments by hand.
- Lead follow-upIt does get some wrong. It'll surface somebody who is clearly just browsing, and I skip those. But it isn't deciding who to call randomly. It makes sure I actually look at all 1,800, not just the 40 I remember.
- Listing marketingSometimes it picks a bad main promo photo, so I swap that out manually. I read all seven pieces of content before anything leaves. It queues them and waits for me.
- Contracts and offersYou still have to read it and make sure it's correct. It does get the standard clauses right, but I have caught it randomly creating its own forms. So I go through every single page before it gets sent. Checking only takes me a few minutes. Check your brokerage's rules on client data before pasting personal information into any AI tool.
