What this used to cost me

My CRM has 1,841 people in it. When I ran this, I found out 721 of them I had not spoken to in over three months.

Without it, I'd text the 40 people who happened to come to mind that morning.

What the system does

1. Reads behavior, not tags: what price range they are searching, what areas they keep coming back to, which listings they opened more than once.
2. Out of everyone, it surfaces about 11 people worth texting today.
3. Drafts each text off 37,000 of my own texts, so it sounds exactly like me, not like another template.

You are my lead follow-up assistant. Attached is an export of my CRM contacts with their last contact date and recent activity (searches, areas, listings viewed). Below are 20 texts I have actually sent to clients, so you can learn how I write.

1. Rank the contacts I should text today, based on behaviour, not tags: repeat views of the same listing, a price range they keep searching, an area they keep coming back to, and how long since I last reached out.
2. Give me the top 10 with one line on why each made the list.
3. Draft a short text to each one in my voice, referencing what they have actually been looking at.

Do not include anyone who is only casually browsing, and never make up details about a contact.

Where it gets it wrong

It does get some wrong. It'll surface somebody who is clearly just browsing, and I skip those.

But it isn't deciding who to call randomly. It makes sure I actually look at all 1,800, not just the 40 I remember.
