The Launch Nobody Finishes
A new listing should trigger about fifteen things: folder created, photos filed, social posts written and scheduled, feature sheet built, email to the database, landing page live. Most agents do four of them, badly, three days late.
The reason is not laziness. It is that fifteen small tasks across six tools is genuinely hard to hold in your head while you are also showing property.
The shift: you fill in one form when the listing is signed. Everything downstream fires on its own.
What The Form Triggers
1. Drive folder. Created and named to your convention, with photos and documents filed where you will find them in six months.
2. Social queue. Posts built from the listing details and loaded into Buffer on a launch schedule, not dumped all at once.
