Campaign Overview

This campaign is for leads with far-out plans or conversations that have gone quiet. Maybe they told you they're "thinking about next year," or maybe they just stopped responding somewhere along the way.

The goal here isn't to push. It's to stay on their radar so gently that when they ARE ready, you're the first person they think of. One touch a month. Useful, human, easy to ignore if the timing's not right.

Mindset: These people are not ignoring you -- they're just busy living their lives. Your job is to show up consistently with zero pressure. When their situation changes (and it will), you want them to think: "Oh yeah, I should call [Agent Name]."
Day 1: Soft Re-Introduction
EMAIL
Subject: Just wanted to say hi

Hi [First Name],

I know life gets busy, and real estate plans don't always move in a straight line. That's completely normal.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know I'm still here. No pressure, no pitch -- just a real person who's happy to help whenever the timing feels right for you.

If anything has changed or you have a random question that pops up at 10pm on a Tuesday, feel free to reach out anytime. I check my messages more than I probably should.

Hope you're doing well,
[Agent Name]

Day 30: Market Snapshot
EMAIL
Subject: Quick market update for [Area Name]

Hi [First Name],

Here's a quick snapshot of what's happening in the [Area Name] market right now:

  • [Insert stat 1 -- e.g., "Average home prices are sitting at $X, down/up X% from last quarter."]
  • [Insert stat 2 -- e.g., "New listings are up 15%, which means more options for buyers."]
  • [Insert stat 3 -- e.g., "Homes are selling in an average of X days -- faster/slower than last year."]

No action needed on your end. Just thought you'd want to stay in the loop.

Talk soon,
[Agent Name]

Note for Agents: No call to action here. Pure value. Pull 3 real stats from your MLS board reports. Keep it skimmable -- bullets, not paragraphs.
