Time Blocking Templates

Structure your week to close more deals

Your Calendar Is Your Business Plan

If lead generation isn't on your calendar, it won't happen. Real estate is full of distractions: emails, admin tasks, last-minute requests, social media scrolling. Without a structured schedule, your most important revenue-generating activities get pushed to "later." Later never comes.

Time blocking means assigning specific tasks to specific times in your day. It's not about being rigid. It's about protecting the activities that actually grow your business.

The Truth: Top-producing agents don't have more hours in the day. They protect their high-value hours and batch everything else.

The Non-Negotiable Blocks

These are the blocks that must be on your calendar every single week. Everything else fits around them.

1 Lead Generation: 2 Hours/Day, Mornings

This is your most important block. Calls, texts, follow-ups, door knocking, open house invites. Mornings are best because your energy is highest and you haven't been derailed by the day yet. 8am-10am, every single day.

2 Appointments: Afternoons

Showings, listing presentations, buyer consultations. Stack these in the afternoon so your mornings stay protected for lead gen. Clients are usually more available in the afternoon anyway.

3 Admin: Batched, Not Scattered

Paperwork, CRM updates, email replies, scheduling. Batch these into one block at the end of the day (4-5pm). Do not check email constantly throughout the day. It kills your focus.

4 Learning: 30 Minutes/Day

Scripts practice, market research, course material review, podcast or book. Invest in yourself daily. Even 30 minutes compounds into serious skill development over a year.

Key Rule: Never sacrifice a lead gen block for admin. Admin doesn't make you money. Conversations do.
